: Forsyth Regional Cancer Center has a job opening for a full-time CTR - job responsibility primarily abstracting. The Cancer Data Base is a multiple hospital registry (3 current hospitals, adding a 4th) and goes to 6 physician offices on a regular basis. Reference date is 1987 and ACoS approved since 1990. Accession 2,200+ analytic cases per year. Flexible hours and continuing education provided to maintain certification. NC has a great state cancer registrars group ANCCR. Come join a staff of 6 people - you'll be the 7th in an exciting and expanding cancer program. We are in the middle of the state (about 2 hours from the mountains and 5 hours from the beach).
