Are there any written documentations regarding
wether or not a physician is responsibile for the
clinical and pathological staging of a case when
both can be documented. The physicians at my hospital
will document one or the other, but not both. They
are convinced that the college mandates that they
only have to document the clinical or the pathological
and not both. What do you say?
