I am interested in finding out several things regarding insurance reimburement for cancer cases accessioned into a hospital registry.
1. Are you a hospital that is currently or in the past has placed an'oncology charge' on a patient's bill when a case is accessioned into the registry and/or when a recurrence is identified?
2. Do/did you have seperate rates for analytic/non-analytic/recurrences?
3. Are you currently successful in receiving reimbursements?
Any and all experiences would be greatly appreciated.
